The staff hospitality and behavior exceeded expectations. Mr. Ann and Ms. Sudy were attentive and treated us like family. The hotel's 2-star rating was surpassed by its quality, rivaling higher-rated establishments. Convenient location, with a short walk to the beach and nearby dining options. Polite staff, daily cleaning, and ample amenities make for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for a trip to Phu Quoc.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. the pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for sunbathing. the location near the beach and restaurants was very convenient.
The lack of staff availability and assistance. the check-in process was confusing and unorganized.

During my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They provided airport transportation, and were always willing to help me with anything I needed, including organizing tours and finding good dining spots. The hotel facilities were also quite impressive, from the well-kept cleanliness to the ample parking and easy transportation access. The location was great, in close proximity to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great options for breakfast and dining. the hotel staff made this stay an unforgettable experience.

Location was close to the beach and had some nice restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel had a very basic breakfast with limited options. The walls were thin, so we could hear noise from other guests. The shower had low water pressure, which made the experience unpleasant.

Located close to the beach and the airport, this budget hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with functioning air conditioning and a good value for the price. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests are comfortable. the breakfast may be simple but the rooms are equipped with fridges, making it possible to store food and drinks.
Some minor maintenance issues in the hotel can be observed.
